Join us on Thursday 20th February evening for a taste of the sea with Sam’s supper club. Executive head chef Sam has invited Stuart from renowned London wine merchants, Corney & Barrow, to collaborate and create a feast celebrating fish and shellfish, expertly paired with wonderful wines by Stuart.
Expect dishes featuring Poole oysters, local fisherman Mark’s Poole Bay crab & lobster, all showcased using flavours from around the world.
Stuart will be in attendance to introduce his wine pairings and share his knowledge and passion with you on the night.
