Thursday 26th September – A taste of Italy
Following on from a foodie trip to Italy last year, Executive head chef Sam has created an Italian inspired 5 course menu which has been expertly paired with 5 Italian wines by Stuart from Corney & Barrow wine merchants. Stuart will be sharing his expert knowledge of the wine pairings with you on the night to truly take you on a journey around Italy.
Thursday 17th October – A taste of Spain
In a new collaboration, Executive Head Chef Sam and Chad from Templar Wines have teamed up to create a 5 course Spanish inspired menu paired with 5 wines from around Spain. Expect bold flavours with robust wines, with Chad on hand to share all his knowledge and reasons for selecting the wines.
